I hope you are as excited about our 2023 Marching Season as we are. This year we are moving our volunteer sign up to a new site called Track It Forward. This site will allow us to more efficiently assign, track and report all of our volunteer opportunities without the need for cumbersome paperwork
Each person who plans on volunteering will need to register an account with their name, email, phone number, student name and student section. Once you log in, you will see a progress bar showing your volunteer hours including general hours, concessions, Branch Classic and marching registration. Once you are registered, you are able to RSVP for volunteer events and even log volunteer hours (pending admin approval). We feel this new system will streamline our volunteer experience this season and provide transparency of the volunteering requirement that the band program relies on.
The Volunteer tab on our website has already been updated to show our calendar of events.You may also download the Track It Forward app on your phone.
